How to Brew Your Daily Dose
1. Measure Your Water
8 oz hot water
Bring 8 ounces of water to a gentle boil, then let it cool slightly for a minute.
2. The 10-Minute Steep
10 minutes
Add 1 tsp to a mug. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover, and let it steep for a full 10 minutes to completely extract the active nutrients.
3. Strain Your Brew
Less than 1 minute
After steeping, it is time to remove the herbs from the infusion, if desired. Pour the warm liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a new container.
4. Enjoy Your Way
Right away or all day
Repeat 3 times a day, or triple the dosage to consume your daily dose throughout the day.
